Our friendly box office staff are on hand for all your ticketing needs. You can order your tickets via the following methods:

In person

Pop into the box office which is open Monday to Friday 9am-3.30pm. The box office will also be open 45 minutes before the show, to collect any tickets that have been reserved, or to buy tickets on the door.

Online

Tickets for selected shows can be purchased online. Simply follow the link at the bottom of the show details on the events page, or to see a full list of tickets available online. Tickets purchased online can be collected from the box office or posted out to you.

By telephone

Call the box office on 01376 556 354. We will try to answer all calls straight away, however don’t be afraid to leave a message on our answer phone and a member of our box office team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Payment methods

We currently accept cash, MasterCard, Switch and Visa (a 50p card fee applies per transaction) and cheques (made payable to Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form). We are unable to accept American Express cards.

Concessions

These are available on some shows for audience members over 60, students, children under 16, registered disabled patrons and Essex Carers Discount Card holders. (ID may be required in some cases.) This does vary from show to show, so please do check with the box office when booking your tickets.

Reservations & Collections

Tickets can be provisionally reserved for some of our events. Payment for these must be made within 5 working days. Failure to do so will result in the tickets being released for sale.

Returning Tickets

Unfortunately we regret that we are unable to refund tickets unless the show is cancelled. We will try our very best to resell your tickets if the event is sold out.
